No. One account per person is a strict 9nnn rule. Duplicate accounts created to claim extra bonuses will have all bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed. If you've been locked out of a previous account, contact support at support@9nnn.ws to recover it rather than registering again.

Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered email address or Pakistani mobile number and you'll receive a reset link or OTP within a few minutes. Log in to your 9nnn account, go to Account Settings, and update your mobile number or email. You'll need to verify the new contact detail via an OTP or confirmation link sent to it. If your old number is no longer active and you can't receive the OTP, contact support and we'll verify your identity using other account information before making the change.

Yes. Contact 9nnn support at support@9nnn.ws and request account closure. Before your account is closed, any real-money PKR balance you hold will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements are forfeited. Account closure is permanent — if you want a temporary break, consider using the Responsible Gaming cooling-off or self-exclusion tools instead.

9nnn may request identity verification at any point — particularly before large withdrawals. Accepted documents include a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. You may be asked to submit a clear photograph or scan of your document via the account verification section. Accounts that cannot complete verification may have withdrawal access restricted until the process is complete.

9nnn does not charge deposit fees on its side. Your PKR balance is credited with the exact amount you send. However, some payment providers — particularly banks — may charge their own transfer fees on your end. Mobile wallet transfers via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically free for the sender. There is no currency conversion on 9nnn — all transactions are in Pakistani Rupees.

Go to the Withdrawal section in your 9nnn account, select your preferred payment method, enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically process within minutes. IBFT bank transfers settle within a few hours on business days. Your withdrawal is sent to the same payment method you used to deposit, in line with 9nnn's anti-fraud policy.

The minimum withdrawal on 9nnn is Rs 500. There is a standard daily withdrawal limit for unverified accounts — completing identity verification (submitting your CNIC or passport) significantly increases your daily limit. Wagering requirements specify how many times you need to play through a bonus amount before the winnings from it become withdrawable. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place Rs 20,000 in bets using that bonus balance before withdrawing. If a 9nnn bonus expires before wagering requirements are completed, the bonus balance is forfeited. Any winnings generated exclusively from the bonus balance up to that point are also forfeited.
