9nnn Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 9nnn ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 9nnn website located at https://9nnn.ws and all related services, games, promotions and features offered therein.

By accessing or using any part of the 9nnn platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 9nnn platform.

9nnn operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Pakistani market. All financial transactions on 9nnn are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms should be read alongside the 9nnn Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 9nnn.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Use of the 9nnn platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account or using any 9nnn service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

9nnn reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, or if there is reasonable suspicion that a registered account is being used by a minor, 9nnn will immediately suspend the account, withhold all winnings, and report the matter to appropriate authorities where required. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, minus any associated processing costs.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors in their households do not access or use the 9nnn platform. 9nnn strongly recommends using available parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming sites.

You also confirm that you are not accessing 9nnn from any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform complies with the laws of your location. 9nnn makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of the markets it explicitly serves.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games, betting markets, or any financial services on 9nnn, you must create a registered account. Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address.

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 9nnn. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — are strictly prohibited. If 9nnn identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, bonus balances will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9nnn login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party under any circumstances. 9nnn recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication on your account. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

Identity Verification (KYC)

9nnn may request identity verification documents at any time — particularly before processing large withdrawals or in response to account activity that triggers our fraud-prevention systems. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 9nnn are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. 9nnn accepts deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

9nnn does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges. Deposits are credited to your 9nnn PKR wallet once the payment has cleared and been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited within seconds. IBFT transfers may take up to a few minutes during standard banking hours.

You confirm that funds deposited into your 9nnn account are not proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity. 9nnn complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may request supporting information regarding the source of funds for large deposits.

Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly — from within their account settings. These limits are applied immediately when decreased. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect, giving players time to reconsider. These limits are part of 9nnn's commitment to responsible gaming.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 9nnn PKR wallet are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 9nnn charges no fees on withdrawals.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 minutes of the request being submitted. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals complete within 5–15 minutes. IBFT bank transfer withdrawals settle within 2–6 hours on weekdays. Visa and Mastercard withdrawal timelines depend on the issuing bank and typically take 1–3 business days.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification (KYC) checks before large withdrawals can be processed.
• Only real-money balance (not active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements) is available for withdrawal.
• 9nnn reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if 9nnn has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or multiple-account abuse.
• In cases where a chargeback or reversal has been initiated on a deposit, 9nnn reserves the right to reverse any associated winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

9nnn offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and the Accumulator Boost on football betting. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as these General Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded by 9nnn carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's terms on the Promotions page.

Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Bonuses are available only to players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit during the promotion period, unless the bonus is explicitly advertised as a no-deposit offer. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all bonus balances forfeited and accounts closed.

Bonus Abuse

9nnn actively monitors bonus activity for patterns that suggest abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements, staking patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where abuse is identified, 9nnn reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings generated from bonus play, and close the account in question.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on 9nnn — whether live dealer, RNG casino, or card game tables — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

9nnn's RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independently certified for statistical fairness. Live dealer games use real physical cards dealt by trained dealers on camera — outcomes are determined by the physical deal and not software. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all RNG games are published transparently in the respective game lobby.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, 9nnn reserves the right to void the relevant round and refund all wagers placed during that round to the affected players' PKR wallets. 9nnn is not liable for losses sustained as a result of technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including network failures on the player's side.

Disputed Results

If a player believes a game result is incorrect, they must contact 9nnn support within 72 hours of the disputed result. 9nnn will review the relevant game logs, which are retained for a minimum of 90 days, and provide a response within 5 business days. 9nnn's decision following a review of game logs is final.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Bets placed on 9nnn's sportsbook — including PSL cricket betting, football betting, and any other markets offered — are subject to these Terms and any sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting market. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules and the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport or competition. Where an official result is not yet declared or is disputed by the relevant governing body, 9nnn reserves the right to delay settlement until the matter is resolved. 9nnn's odds compilers and trading team have the final say on settlement in unusual circumstances.

Void Bets

A bet is void and the stake refunded in the following circumstances: the match or event is postponed or abandoned before reaching the minimum required playing time; an event is moved from the designated venue in a way that materially changes the nature of the competition; a market is suspended and cannot be reopened before the relevant event ends. Specific void rules for each market are displayed in the relevant betting interface.

Maximum Winnings

9nnn applies maximum winning limits per bet and per player per day. These limits vary by sport and market type and are displayed within the individual market. 9nnn reserves the right to reduce stakes or limit the bet size of any player whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational betting, without being required to provide a reason.

Cash-Out

Where cash-out is offered on a bet, the cash-out value is calculated in real time based on current market prices. Cash-out availability is not guaranteed and may be suspended during live events when odds are being recalculated. Partial cash-out may be available on eligible bets. Once a cash-out request is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9nnn. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating more than one account on 9nnn, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform in any way that facilitates money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any 9nnn game or system for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with 9nnn games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in a way designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or Teen Patti tables.
• Systematically placing low-risk hedging bets or using arbitrage strategies in a way designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements or exploit promotions.
• Making deposits using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Using a VPN or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location or to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Abusing the customer support team or engaging in any threatening, aggressive, or abusive behaviour toward 9nnn staff.

10. Responsible Gaming

9nnn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. We believe that gaming should be entertaining and that players should always be in control of how they engage with the platform.

Every registered 9nnn player has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Takes effect immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 9nnn platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the nominated period and may be extended. It cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

9nnn may proactively apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where our monitoring systems identify patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour. Players who request help regarding problem gambling will be directed to appropriate support resources.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 9nnn account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@9nnn.ws. Requests to close an account are processed within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining in your PKR wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met.

9nnn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account creation or bonus abuse.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Any behaviour that 9nnn considers harmful to the integrity of its platform or to other players.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant accounts — see below).

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for 12 or more consecutive months. 9nnn will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 100 may be deducted from the remaining balance of dormant accounts, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

9nnn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 9nnn. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

9nnn does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform (such as payment processors and identity verification services), with regulatory authorities where required by law, and with fraud-prevention organisations where we have grounds to report suspicious activity.

You have the right to request access to the personal data 9nnn holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data in circumstances permitted by applicable law. Such requests should be submitted by email to support@9nnn.ws.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9nnn platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 9nnn or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the 9nnn platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or commercially exploited without express written permission from 9nnn.

The 9nnn brand name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Any unauthorised use of 9nnn's trademarks in connection with competing services, phishing, or impersonation is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

14. Limitation of Liability

9nnn operates the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we work continuously to ensure the platform is available, reliable and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot warrant that the platform will always be free of errors, bugs or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9nnn's total liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the claim. 9nnn is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive loss of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss arising from reliance on information presented on the platform.

9nnn is not responsible for the quality, reliability or continuous availability of third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers that players rely on to access the platform.

15. Amendments to These Terms

9nnn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 9nnn will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, along with the date on which they were last updated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 9nnn platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
